Scope
These terms apply to Education, training, workshops and Mentoring provided by SF Flow State Limited under the Sabrina Falk or SHY name. The course or programme information supplied before booking forms part of the agreement.
Course information
Each course page or written offer will state the subject, format, dates, location, teaching hours, entry requirements, assessment, kit, model arrangements, support and accreditation status where applicable. A place is confirmed only when the stated booking requirements and payment have been completed.
Accreditation and professional practice
Accreditation applies only where it is expressly confirmed for the named course in writing. Attendance or completion does not replace any insurance, licence, registration, supervised practice or further qualification required by an insurer, local authority, employer or professional body. Learners are responsible for checking the requirements that apply to their intended work.
Fees and payment
The course offer will state the total fee, any deposit, payment schedule and what is included. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made by the stated deadlines to retain a place.
Cancellation or transfer by the learner
Cancellation and transfer terms, including any applicable consumer cancellation right, will be provided before payment. Any retained amount or cancellation charge will be applied fairly and will reflect the terms agreed and the losses arising from the cancellation.
Changes by Sabrina Falk
If a course must be postponed or materially changed, learners will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered the available options. If SF Flow State Limited cancels a course and cannot provide a suitable alternative, payments for the part that cannot be provided will be refunded in accordance with the learner’s legal rights. Travel, accommodation or other associated costs remain the learner’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Models, health and practical work
Learners must follow the hygiene, consultation, patch-testing, consent, photography, model and aftercare procedures supplied for the course. Accurate health and eligibility information must be provided. Sabrina may stop or adapt practical work where safety or professional standards require it.
Conduct
Learners are expected to treat models, other learners, staff and the studio respectfully and to follow reasonable health, safety and confidentiality instructions. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal from the programme.
Assessment and completion
Where assessment forms part of a course, the required standard and any resubmission or appeal route will be explained in the course information. A certificate is issued only when the stated completion requirements have been met.
Course materials and intellectual property
Course materials are supplied for the enrolled learner’s personal professional development. They may not be copied, shared, recorded, taught, sold or distributed without written permission from SF Flow State Limited.
Mentoring
Mentoring offers professional perspective and practical guidance. It does not guarantee a particular commercial, financial, qualification or career outcome. The learner remains responsible for business, clinical, legal, tax, insurance and professional decisions.
Contact and concerns
Education and Mentoring questions or concerns can be sent to contact@studioshy.co.uk. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.
