Lash Lift Training
A Lash Lift changes the curve of the natural lashes. The plan depends on lash length, direction and condition, eye shape and the curl the client prefers. Training connects those observations with shield selection and placement.
Teaching follows the appointment from consultation and patch testing through lash arrangement, product placement, processing, tinting and aftercare. It also covers how to assess the lift, recognise the source of an uneven curl and explain the maintenance a client can expect.
Brow Lamination Training
Brow Lamination changes the direction of existing hair. The treatment is planned from the density, growth pattern, hair condition and relationship between the brow and the rest of the face.
Training covers consultation, suitability, product control, direction, timing, tinting, shaping and finishing. The emphasis is on working towards an agreed shape, from a softly groomed brow to more lift through the front, while respecting the condition of the hair.
Reading the treatment
Each stage is taught in sequence: assessing the lashes or brows, agreeing the desired shape, selecting products, controlling timing and explaining aftercare.
Practical judgement
Hair condition, direction, density and growth pattern all influence the approach. The teaching shows how to adapt the treatment to the hair in front of the artist.
Observation, practice and feedback
Demonstration, supervised practice and individual feedback connect the visible appearance of the treatment with the decisions that produced it.
